    1 Bar, 2 Fools

So I was at the bar with a group of friends when I felt someone squeezing on my side. It caught me totally off guard because I was in the middle of a conversation with one of my homegirls and knew it wasn’t her grabbing me on my love handles.  I turned my chair around to see who touched me and it was some guy who was sitting in the stool right next to me at the bar. Me: Ummmmm…why are you touching me? Can I help you with something? Him: Oh, I just wanted to get your attention to talk to you. Me: My attention? Are you kidding me right now? You’re…

    Barbershop

So I exchanged numbers with this guy and, during our initial chat, I learned that he lived about 4 hours away.  [Damn!] We kept in touch in spite of the distance and spoke fairly regularly . He came to town within the following weeks and we had the absolute BEST time.  We went to a number of bars in the city (kind of like a bar crawl) and danced the night away. I don’t think I have ever laughed so hard in my life.  It felt great to just go out and have some good old-fashioned fun….nothing planned or pretentious.  [This dude might be a keeper!]  Eventually, the clock struck…

    Tony

So I met and became friends with this guy named Tony (not his real name). I found him attractive, but never had the courage to really make a move because I was shy and didn’t know if he was remotely attracted to me.  We eventually lost touch…nothing personal…we just didn’t communicate as much. Fast forward a few months…. It was a normal afternoon and I was at home chilling [because I had nothing else better to do lol]. My phone rang and it was Tony!!!! I was brewing with excitement and simply couldn’t answer the phone quick enough.  I made up my mind that I was going to stop being a…

    Stalker

So I used to be a manager for a large retailer and, at that time, I interviewed a woman, let’s call her Jen, because I needed more staff for the increasing workload. I casually mentioned that we lived in the same city during the interview to break the ice and then went over her credentials. She seemed qualified, so I hired her. Jen was a great asset to my team and I had grown to respect her for her dedication and determination during the 2 years that we worked together. Well, I decided to leave the company because it was no longer a good fit.  I gave senior management my two weeks notice, but didn’t tell…

    Pencil D***

So I met this guy in a popular nightlclub in DC and we dated for a few months. Things progressed pretty well and pretty quickly. Eventually, our dates became longer and longer until one night I decided to give him some. Things were getting hot and heavy…I asked him if he had any condoms and he said “no”. So I told him to get some. My neighborhood was a pretty popular neighborhood with plenty of convenience stores within seconds of my home, yet it took him 45 minutes. When he returned, he seemed pretty nervous, but I invited him to my bedroom to relax with a glass of wine. The…
